SUBSIDY AND FORMATIVE CREDIT MANAGEMENT

Companies have at their disposal an annual subsidy to train their workers at zero cost (Order TAS/2307/2007)

The amount the companies have for training (formative credit) is obtained each year according to the number of workers the companies has had on their workforce the previous year. All the workers hired in general regime can benefit from this subsidy. If that amount, which is minimum 420€, is not wasted, it will be lost.
